ALASKA SENATE DISTRICT O
Rooted in
Alaska's Future
4th generation Alaskan, running to develop our resources, strengthen our communities, and secure District O's prosperity.
SENATE DISTRICT O
From Valdez Harbor Through the Alaska Range
District O stretches across the heart of Southcentral Alaska, from the deep-water port of Valdez, through the Mat-Su Valley, past the frontier towns of Houston and Big Lake, up to Talkeetna, through the Alaska Range and into the interior at Anderson. It's a district built on commerce, tourism, sport and commercial fishing, resource development and conservation, many small businesses, and the fierce independence that defines Alaska.
Our communities share common challenges: rising energy costs that strain families and businesses, a growing population and infrastructure that hasn't kept pace with growth, schools and homeschool-families that need stable funding, and future-focused projects like Port MacKenzie and the Alaska Gas Line (AKLNG) that need the spirit of Alaska behind them. Ryan is ready to tackle these challenges by listening to the community and to the generations who shaped it and carry that perspective forward in Juneau.
